Irene Tan
With over 20 years of solid experience, Irene is a veteran in HR & Payroll outsourcing services for local and multinational clients in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region. She is a technical expert in payroll systems and all payroll related statutory requirements, processing requirements and in-boarding and out-boarding employees, among others, for both local and foreign employees and expatriates.
Irene is also an expert in company incorporation and new start-ups, branch and regional offices.
Before her partnership in Paytime, Irene worked at management level in driving the payroll outsourcing business with one of the big multinational accounting firms and some of the outsourcing industry key leaders in Malaysia.
Harinder Kaur
Harinder has over 35 years of experience in HR consulting, Executive Search and HR operations. Her HR experiences range in a wide area, covering staff and directors’ performance assessment and management, competency development, organization structure design, change management, HR merger integration, HR due diligence, outplacement services, reviewing HR processes, developing and accessing HR policies and procedures, preparing staff handbooks, preparing staff employment contracts, undertaking termination and retrenchment exercises, and undertaking staff grading, compensation and benefits restructuring.
Her career in HR consulting and Executive Search spanned in international consultancies and accounting firms and her HR operational senior management roles were in a venture capital firm and a premier provider of corporate, secretarial, accounting, and payroll services.
Neoh Han See
Han See is a seasoned professional in the HRP outsourcing business with over 20 years of experience in managing end-to-end payroll processing. She was instrumental in setting-up the HR & Payroll division and infrastructure for Paytime Sdn. Bhd. to enable the provision of HR & Payroll services for Malaysian clients.
As the head of the HRP Division for the Company, Han See is responsible for generating new business leads and ensuring the delivery of operational excellence in client engagements.
She has a track record in implementing innovative HR strategies, streamlining payroll operations, ensuring on-time payroll processing and in driving seamless workforce engagements concurrently in a fast paced environment.
